Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order after placing it, you may do so at any time before your order has shipped!
In most cases, orders are processed and shipped within approximately 7–10 business days. If your order has not yet shipped, you are eligible to cancel your order and receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Once an order has shipped and there is movement on the tracking number, the order can no longer be cancelled.
To request an order cancellation, you can:
- Cancel directly through the Shop App (when available), or
- Contact our support team at support@firsthealthapparel.com
Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed for shipment. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
What is the return policy?
Are purchases final sale?
Certain types of items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Such items include undergarments, gift cards, and giveaway entries.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items greater than 30% off as these items are also considered final sale. We may still offer store credit as a return option.
Are duties included?
Customers based in Canada, United States, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK will have their duties included in their order.
For customers based outside of these areas, you are required to cover the cost of your duties at the time of delivery.
When will I get my order?
How much does shipping cost?
For most countries, our Standard Shipping is $16 CAD. Express Shipping is $35 CAD.
For customers located outside of Canada, United States, UK, and Australian shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of your order.
